Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on our online store. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these TCS.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of consultation by the buyer. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). H&M Business reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing process. The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during your order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via the payment methods offered during the checkout process. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within the deadlines indicated on the product page. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. In case of delay, H&M Business cannot be held responsible. For more information, consult our Delivery Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us by email before the deadline.

8. Returns and refunds

For any return request, please consult our Return Policy. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

9. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

10. Liability

H&M Business cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or purchased products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.

12. Applicable law

These TCS are subject to French law.
